Based on popular demand we are running this 90-minute workshop again where our instructor Emily Adams will teach you everything you need to know on how to reach the front and side splits.

We'll be using the latest kinesiological stretching techniques to 
maximise your progress and results. You'll leave the workshop with a clear road map to achieve your goals.....and have fun too!
